It takes 16 hours to cook one batch. Plus it is infused with 2.5% organic black pepper (for absorption). Twice the industry standard for capsulated brands. Each 1 ounce package should last close to 4 weeks if 1/4 teaspoon is taken in the am & pm. Turmeric is also good for building your immune system – so important with everything going on in today’s world.
